Instructions for Authors

Intending authors are invited to submit an Extended Abstract (in MS Word format) on topics within the scope of the conference in not more than two pages of A4-size paper. The abstract should contain a maximum of 500 words in the body, and should clearly state the purpose of the work, approach, and significant results. A maximum of 5 key words should be included in the abstract.

Abstract must be prepared on single side, single column (margins should be set to 1 inch on all sides, single space typewritten form and must include author’s address, affiliation, telephone, and email address. Use 16-point for the title, 10-point for the affiliation and references and 12-point for the rest of the text. Except special symbols and units, Times New Roman font is preferred.

The abstract will be reviewed by the technical review committee. The authors will be then notified of the acceptance of their abstract, and will be required to submit a presentation material. Submission of the full paper is not required.

The final acceptance will be based on the content of the Abstract. All papers for oral presentation will be incorporated in the conference proceedings. The abstract should be submitted online through the conference website through Xperto. Upon receipt of your submission, you will receive an acknowledgement.
